7-Month old baby N

This is my friend's 7-month old son. He was a great baby to photograph, giving lots of eye contact and big smiles. I took pictures of him on two different occasions, and got two very different experiences. In the first shoot he wasn't crawling, and I got some nice shots that showed his sweet dispostion. Two weeks later he was zipping all over the place, where I got to capture his adventurous and curious side. I had such a great time!

I had the opportunity to photograph my cousin Kim's friend's 6-week old baby boy. He was such a joy to photograph, a very happy and content baby. I could've photographed him all day long. The only time he fussed was when he got dressed in his Christmas outfit. He got a little hot, but still he was a trooper. Boy, I miss the newborn stage, it makes my clock go tick, tick, tick!

I'm so excited to start my blog. I will mostly dedicate this to my photography endeavors, but will also add my thoughts, feelings, and everyday experiences as well. Thanks for looking and be sure to check back frequently. I hope to update and add posts as frequently as possible, (that is when Ava is watching Seseme Street, and not jumping all over me as I try to type). I will be adding some recent photo sessions from the past month and I am very pleased with what I have captured! Very adorable and willing subjects, truly a joy to photograph.
