Angelic

Doesn't she have the most angelic face?  I last photographed beautiful Miss Reese when she was 5 days new, now look at her sitting pretty!  She was such a joy to photograph and gave me such a variety of faces, happy, curious and those pensive stares that I just love.  Her parents are just in love with her and it's wonderful to see the bond they share.  Thanks so much for sharing your little girl with me, I can't wait to see her again for her 1 year session!  Here are some for now that I just love!  

Happy Father's Day!

I hope all the dad's out there enjoy their day, including my father, father in law and my husband.  I appreciate all you do and am so thankful to have each of you in my life.  Here are a few shots I took of my hubby with our little ones down at the beach at sunset.

Expecting and beautiful...

This mom to be is just stunning and was such a joy to photograph! Boy, does she wear that belly well!!!   I have to say that all my maternity clients glow and are just gorgeous.  Pregnant woman just have that look and I  love capturing it.  Thank you both so much, you were awesome to work with and I can't wait to meet your little one soon!  

Little Layla

This beautiful little girl arrived 6 weeks early and gave her mommy and daddy a nice surprise. She is doing wonderful and was the perfect newborn model, sleepy and perfect in every way.  Thanks sweet Layla for being so good and it was great to meet you.  We will see you real soon.  oxox

Radiant!

I had a blast photographing this mom to be.  Not only is she gorgeous she was so easy to work with and a joy to be around.  I went a little over time, usually my maternity sessions are shorter but I had such a great time I just kept shooting and shooting.  I hope I didn't wear her out.  I'm super excited to meet her little one soon and stay tuned for her newborn shoot.  Thanks so much for being so patient and up for anything, you truly made my job so easy.  See you soon!  :)

Beautiful Boy!

Little Ashton sure has grown since the last time I saw him!  This is actually my third time photographing him, before he was born, when he was a little newborn and now at 7 months. He was so much fun and gave me quite an array of adorable expressions.  The shot of him smiling makes me smile!  He is looking right at him mommy.  Can't wait to see this little guy at his 1 year session.

Glowing, Gorgeous...

Well, I couldn't pick which title to use because she is both glowing and gorgeous, which truly made my job easy.  I had a great time photographing this mom to be and am already getting excited about capturing her little bundle of joy soon!!  I was waiting to post this sneak-peek with my brand new blog, but I am having issues setting it up.  I just couldn't wait anymore, so here are some of my favorites (and there are a lot).  Thanks so much S & R and I will see you soon!

Meet Newborn Baby "P"

I first photographed this little munchkin before she was born and now here she is 8 days fresh!  She is just beautiful and was oh so good to me, the perfect newborn model.

I love returning to photograph newborns after photographing them during maternity sessions.  Isn't he just precious?  He was so peaceful and content, especially in his mother's arms.  Mom is a photographer ~http://shannonjdodgephotography.com   and it was nice to work with someone and put our ideas together.  I think we got some pretty good stuff.  Here are a few images that just melt my heart, especially the one where he is curled up with mom!  Thanks Shannon, I had such a nice time and I am so glad everything is going so wonderful with your new bundle of joy.
